Anyone had a chance to use the Sideshot GoPro scope mount yet?
I saw Matt Dawber with a prototype a few weeks ago, but haven't heard anything since.
It doesn't show in the UA site yet. Just wondering if anybody knows anything further.

I emailed sideshot and asked about it. They told me they hope to have them available for purchase at the end of this month. I also asked about a price and was told they didn’t have those details worked out yet. From what I was told it will either be a hero 6 or 7 with the lense changed out to allow it to work as a scope setup. I imagine they won’t be cheap but I’d rather pay more for that than ruin my phone while out walking through the woods. I’m excited for them to come out.

From what I got from talking to them, the company that makes the lens adapter  charges 899 just for the go pro 7 and the adapter.

Based on the youtube video that i saw on Matts channel the quality is much better than using a phones camera(because dedicated camera). It also seems to have better slow motion quality. It is also much more compact than the phone mount. I think they wont release it until they finish selling their large stock of normal phone mounts(+some revisions needed).
