Sidelever Fever

It's been a while since 2 ladies have been so obsessed with me. They both follow me so actively through not one but 2 posts. Imagine this all over an air rifle that by opinion not fact was stated to be the "best". One had to even ask me to define fact and opinion 😂😂😂 The fine example would be you calling me an ass at least twice, that's a exemplary!

Before I forget, does the RWS 54 and 56 you have are the barrels 16mm? I noticed you added muzzle brakes and was wondering before I order an Adaptor for my 48.

The RWS 54 and 56 are not Dianas and they may be built in China.

Otherwise, carry on this thread of sidelever fever ignoring any other input different from your own opinion,

DualMagMike ... Point well taken and I agree ... Miss Germany it is then ... as a point of interest my family is from Tyrol-Trentino in the far north of Italy in the heart of the Alps. Tyrol is where Tyrolean comes from as I'm sure you know. My father and Uncle were born in the same house my family built over 400 years ago. My uncle was born in 1901 and my father in 1921, My uncle was born in Austria and my father in Italy ... the boundary was changed after WWI in 1919, they speak an Italian dialect that's a slightly Italian-german called Tyroelan. So when the word Tyrolean comes up I always think of Italy, even though the Tyrol is part of Austria, Germany and Italy .... German precision and Italian beauty. But I'm half Irish ... Being Irish I had the right to remain silent but I could'nt

It seems to me a D54 in any caliber is an ultimate air rifle.

Modifying it is best done with an air gun smith which I am not.

I realized the potential of the D54 .20 custom built by an air gun smith well known to do this kind of work with aplomb: put a real Lothar Walther .20 drilled barrel into the receiver of the D54 instead of the regular .177 or .22. Investors in this project later backed out leaving Diana of GE with leftover special parts and installments to the .20 version of the D54 put together at that time to use the .20 and sell it for the air gun enthusiasts who put money down on it.

Well some of us later started buying up what was left of 30 drilled .20 Lothar Walther Barrels and the D54 in .20 is always
"One of Thirty".

I have number 27 and if others have them here they might confess so!
