I purchased the Helix about a year ago and two weeks ago I noticed the focus ring had slop in it and would not focus like it was supposed to.
I sent an email to Element and after trying what they suggested, it was determined it had to go back.
Shane Kellar let me know where to send it and two weeks later I had a new one waiting for me at my home!
It was really great to see them stand behind their warranty and get me a new scope right away.
