I purchased the Helix about a year ago and two weeks ago I noticed the focus ring had slop in it and would not focus like it was supposed to.

I sent an email to Element and after trying what they suggested, it was determined it had to go back.

Shane Kellar let me know where to send it and two weeks later I had a new one waiting for me at my home! :)

It was really great to see them stand behind their warranty and get me a new scope right away.

Just wanted to make sure everyone knew how it went.

I have been lookin for a new to me scope, the element brand has my attention. Seems to be well made, your experience ending with you satisfied , that is what I am lookin for in a retailer . I understand that stuff happens , but how a company handles " STUFF " is what makes or breaks it. Thank you for your post .
