I am communicating with Kristen, but honestly it isn't their fault if they didn't share the CC info. I have dealt with UTG before (and they did right by me) but at no time did they ever ask for a CC#.
So when I called to take care of the "upgrade charge" and they told me that they had my info on file and it had already been taken care of....well that freaked me out.

Wife checked the account today and it hasn't happened......so I'm not sure what to think now. I could care less about the $20 except for the fact that they sent me a scope that I can't even use. I mean who can put a gigantic 30mm 4-16x56 on a Gamo Swarm? LMAO!!!!
And yeah they asked what kinda air rifle I was using, and it took almost 2 weeks to get them to issue me a RMA# for the return, so the bottom line is that they don't know WTF is going on.
It's as if they sent me a "more expensive" scope.....just to shut me up. But dammit I know what scope I need and want. Just send me a cotton pickin' 3-9X32AO that is "TRUE STRENGTH and fit for a Springer" like they advertise it is.
Hell it isn't even a Magnum Springer, and I've been through 3 of them in less than 5 months.
I have one 3-9x32AO that has held up fine, so I know they can produce one.
 
Hi Everyone - it's Kristen over at Pyramyd Air, and it looks like we've reached a good resolution to this.

In summary, Fishinwrench is going to be returning his old/wrong scope and getting his new scope free of charge. We (Pyramyd) contacted Leapers/UTG to make them aware of what had happened, and they stepped up immediately to resolve the issue. In short, the replacement scope they sent him was meant for another customer, whose information was on file with Leapers / UTG. The customer service manager at Leapers / UTG spoke with Fishinwrench this afternoon (Monday) and has arranged the return / replacement to happen.

We know we sometimes screw up (we're human, and not as perfect as you airgunners!!!), but we, along with our manufacturing partners, will do our best to make it right.

I also want to take this opportunity to reiterate that Pyramyd Air takes your privacy very seriously, and we do not collect or retain any payment details when you place your order with us.

So, Fishinwrench, do us a favor and be sure to post some pics of your Leapers/UTG 3-9x32 AO scope mounted up on your Gamo Swarm when you do get it in. We always like to see happy airgunners showing off their cool stuff.

Yep, the whining that upset "Boog" so bad definitely paid off. 
Kristen jumped on the situation like a pitbull on a bicyclist and got it all straightened out. Thank you Kristen!

Turns out they never had my CC#, they just got my return confused with someone else.....kinda sad that they are having so many returns, but hey at least they are trying to take care of them. I thought the purpose of issuing a RMA# was to avoid such conundrums, but whatever, mistakes happen.

Thanks again Kristen for stepping in and making this right even though you and PA did nothing wrong. I truly appreciate it and I apologize for assuming they got the info from you guys. I just couldn't imagine where else (if they had it) that they could have gotten it from.
