Shooting lots of chipmunks with the EDgun Leshiy

In this episode of backyard pest control, I'm fully embracing the low power, ultra quiet / backyard friendly tune of the EDgun Leshiy in .25 with 25gr JSB Kings. The rest of the kit is: ATN X-Sight 4K Pro 3-14xAtlas bipod, https://donnyfl.com/collections/ldc/products/m18-x-1-emperor, and Streamlight TLR-1 IR

I'm going to switch things up a bit with the way I do videos. I'll still do some fun short videos where I may edit in something you might, but I definitely find funny / entertaining, but for everything else... I'm going to collect a bunch of shots and organize them by animal within an ongoing series.

Here's the first one where it's all chipmunks! These little bastards are out of control. Like most things a few are no big deal... but when they are in the 100's... nope! Time for the EDgun Leshiy to come out and get things under control. All footage is through the ATN X Sight 4K Pro... which side note got a whole lot better this week with their latest firmware update!

Stay tuned for the Vol 1 editions of "The backyard pest control with EDgun Leshiy" for Squirrels, Rats, and Skunks coming soon! The skunks are CRAZY at the moment... massive over population issue, and I'm doing my part to correct it. In the meantime, enjoy the slow motion scope cam footage through the ATN X Sight 4K of the Leshiy blasting these chipmunks ;)

How is your car doing with all those holes in those garage panels ? ( LOL) Seems like a very expensive back stop & my wife would take my red ryder away !

Those are dents (low power tune), and that’s my neighbors garage... whom by the way is the coolest ever. She sent me a Christmas card with a $20 inside saying the following: “thanks for taking care of the wildlife... here’s some ammo money”

Nice video's Tim!

You might consider a feeding station so you can limit the in un-intentional damage or potential ricochet off those rocks. Even at 12 ft/lbs the pellet still can deflect off.

How are you liking the Leshiy at 12 ft/lbs? I'm considering getting the Huma reg for mine.

I’ve actually only hit it 3-4 times. It was all in the beginning when I was tinkering, and thought I solved passthrough. You’re right though on the feeder. Will look for a good ground based one.

ive settled into a hybrid with the HUMA... sub 12 kit plenum, valve, hammer spring... and using the standard high pressure huma reg. I’ve got the .25 at about 545fps (16’ish ft/lbs). The tune is awesome. Perfect for backyard. I have a .177 barrel coming too. That might require small reg and be a true sub 12 ft/lb setup. We shall see
