Shoot Targets at Night Flashlight

Wanted to share this fun little setup for people that need to shoot groups on paper at dark. It is basically a “thrower” type flashlight that focus a beam at long ranges and another advantage is it is a little more discreet lighting only a spot vs. an area like flood type lights. Flashlight I am using is a BLF GT(overkill ,but it has a 1/4” hole for tripod) and a small tripod I bought on Amazon for $35-$45.

I've been using a Craftsman, and another generic brand, LED multiple output cordless light with good results. Each cost $20-25 at Lowes. I've run both for over two hours without expending the battery. I put them on a tool pedestal about ten feet in front of the target board. I will note that for some reason, I just can't shoot as well under the lights than I can with natural daytime sunlight. It may be the slight reflection off the targets. I like the OP's suggestion, and I like that light, but it looks like it's about ten times more expensive than I need, although there are obviously other uses that light can be used for! Thanks for the tip!
