Shoot Targets at Night Flashlight

great idea 

I've been using a Craftsman, and another generic brand, LED multiple output cordless light with good results. Each cost $20-25 at Lowes. I've run both for over two hours without expending the battery. I put them on a tool pedestal about ten feet in front of the target board. I will note that for some reason, I just can't shoot as well under the lights than I can with natural daytime sunlight. It may be the slight reflection off the targets. I like the OP's suggestion, and I like that light, but it looks like it's about ten times more expensive than I need, although there are obviously other uses that light can be used for! Thanks for the tip!

Do it all the time for rats and mice..

There is less wind at night. My tightest groups are shot in the dark. ATV light bar provides the target illumination.
