Shoebox f10 help

Was prepping for another fill today and had a minor issue .

Seems the bleeder knob is barely pinned onto the bleeder screw .

Had a quick work around but this is brand spanking new .

My bleed knob came in a plastic baggie and wasn't installed. If I remember right, there's just one little set screw to hold it on.

I personally bleed the air between the shoebox and my tank with the bleed valve on my fill station, the same way I do when I'm filling the gun. My dad had this soapbox speech he would give about how everything mechanical only has so many uses before it either wears out or breaks. I decided it'd be cheaper to either fix or replace the bleed valve on the fill station than the one on the Shoebox, so that's the one I use.

I think that the knob/screw is also a little cheap in that the one little set screw doesn't seem to grab the shaft real securely. Since seeing this, I'll probably remove mine and fill the knob with epoxy or JB Weld and the put the screw back in and put it back on the shaft and let it cure. Kinda sucks that yours did this, but I don't think it's that big of a deal to fix. Let us know what you do to rectify this, I'd be curious.
