I’m getting a little upset on how long AOA is taking to ship my Uragan. I ordered over the weekend and then they called me Monday morning to say that they are sorry but they don’t have a .22 in stock but they have a.177 or a .30 long or a uragan compact in .22 I can substitute. I called them back later that day to say I’ll go ahead and take the compact. Here it is Thursday evening and my gun has still not shipped. I called yesterday and asked when it will ship and they said today but now they are closed so that’s not happening. They said they had to test it. Is this a normal thing with them? This is my second gun purchase with them and the first was a used brocock and it shipped quickly.

My experience with AOA is that they are outstanding. They test every rifle for function and performance before it leaves. The last rifle I purchased from them took about five days before it shipped but it was worth it.

Product I’ve ordered from AOA has always been satisfactory. AOA prices are often better than most. However I’m always disappointed in their slow shipping.

Ordered a HW97K on the 21st. Did not let me know it was not in stock and the Website did not indicate that fact. Called a few days ago and they told me that it was being unloaded from the delivery truck as we spoke. Just shipped today (27th). It was checked and test fired, so all is good. I have ordered several guns from AOA and really don't have a complaint. If they would communicate just a bit better it would be helpful, but understanding the volume they evidently do, I really can't complain. Good Luck with yours.

I ordered something from AOA and something from Krales on the same day. I had my order from the Netherlands in my hands 2 days before the AOA item left their warehouse.............I've had 1/2 dozen orders with AOA, all the same. 5-7 days before it leaves the warehouse.

I would say it is worth the small delay . I have personally never gotten a product from them that had to be returned ever. ((yet haha (just incase lol)). They have always been great to deal with. And they do check things out pretty good. I have purchased used items , A brocock bantam hi-lite (new) , and 2 fx crowns (new)also some target systems and a long time back a lot of other things including pellets, bi pods and such. They have always been great to deal with at least for me anyway. I like them just fine. I have tried alot of others just to see which I preferred over another since then. But They will take care of you.

i remember ordering stuff from them and when it was guns , it took about 5-6 days for them to ship it every time. BUT i never had an issue with them working correctly.

I have waited twice that long on the forums here with some of the fellers to no avail at all
up to 2 and 3 weeks even 
. At least aoa will eventually get it done. I can not say that for all of us here and everyone else haha LOL! I guess we all have our moments 
I compared them to brim or small sunfish haha you can see your float and line moving everywhere and bobbing under and popping back up but you never get them on the hook They just nibble and nibble and nibble haha. Not trying to be rude at all but laughing and giggling lol It's all good.

I purchased both of my Brococks from AOA shipping time seem slow or, was I being inpatient waiting for my new toys? Either way totally satisfied with my purchases from them.

Thanks guys. Sounds like that’s just the way they roll. Guess I got spoiled buy utah airguns fast shipping of my dreamline. I ordered 10 tins of .25 jsb mk2’s yesterday form AOA along with a moderator. Buy 4 get 1 free and the price per tin was $15.40 compared to airgun depot at $17.99 and pyramid air at $18.99. Great price!

I would chose AoA service over fast shipping any day and every day myself. But have to be honest and say I have not done much with either of the 2 mentioned above as of recent. I have found others to be the whole package and then some. OOPPSS! did i just type that where everyone can read it haha. I was supposed to just think that to myself to avoid any conflicts haha. Oh well time to clean my shoes off again something smells funny

I am a big AoA fan I live by them and I know the test every rifle before shipping and check the orders I would not worry about a day or so when you get it
I have got rifles from other venders and was upset that it was not even tested and had to send it back because the airgun was defective and wrong caliber.

I would say from my experience communication is poor. I bought an hw44 on a Sunday and recieved my order about 1 business week later. The product I recieved malfunctioned after less than a tin. I sent it back and am waiting. The thing I disliked the most was the general sense that when I called about it the attitude was we'll get to it when we get to it. When they answer it's not "hello what can I do for you " it's more like"what do you want? " long story short lacking in customer service for slightly better pricing

AOA staff pride themselves on testing and shipping products that will exceed expectations. Sometimes this causes delays as we will fully tune if needed a rifle to perform at the highest levels to give our customers the AOA experience. I have also been impatient in the past and I have a learned this..I would rather wait a few days longer on a rifle that was checked on making sure it's performing for me , than having one packed up and shipped without being gone over. PATIENCE..AOA will get it to you..and it will be a shooter...THATS what's important.
