Shipping - Pyramyd Air vs Amazon

That's usually how they arrive for me from Pyramid, but I did receive them just in a box from Pyramid once.

Pyramid Air has a good reputation for packaging pellets. As been already said Amazon just tosses them in an envelope and they usually get banged up.

My wife ordered a candle in a GLASS jar from Amazon and they just put it in a big envelope with no protection and it arrived smashed. Go figure.

My friend's daughter got a BIG time job with Amazon dealing in the shipping dept. I sent him a picture of the box and condition the pellet tin was in. It looked like it had been run over. He sent it off to her.

She said it would be looked into.

The next order, weeks later, came to me the same way.

They throw the pellets in a very oversized box and add a blow up doll form of packing that doesn't come close to filling the space and off it goes. Much the same as many of their other products. We are the victims of sometimes lower prices and faster shipping.

It is Pyramyd Air for me from now on.
