gets cold here in IL, so I said to the wife I need to build a shelter around my benches that I built. so ok I went ahead and started building it while she was out for the day with her sisters'. well here is what I came up with as all the plywood was left over from the roof being done from the hail damage. has rea;;y nice view out to the target with optional 2 shooting openings I still have to put the house wrap on it and the hinges for the rear door and the shooting windows, and ill put a small window in the one side once I find one. electric heater does really nice job to keep it pretty nice got the house wrap on it today rained on me but now it’s all dry and comfy to shoot out of

in there as your shooting as I haven't used it much yet. little rope lighting also to keep it nice and bright in there also got the window yesterday just a cheap play hose windo has 3 levels that lock so you can open it up. Put a air conditioning in the summer lol it’s really been nice to shoot out of

Very nice Douger, I'm jealous. I used to have something like that when I was into powder burning so I could do all my reloading in there, wife didn't want explosives in the house. We're in an empty nest now with all the kids grown up and gone so I simply use my son's empty bedroom upstairs and shoot from the window. Got a nice little 65 yard range out there shooting across the creek, lots of possums, raccoons, tree rats, and a ton of targets basically using oak trees that I cut down for one reason or another. Chain sawed them into 12" pieces and nailed printable targets on them. Just bought the lot next to my house so I may be able to extend that 65 yards a bit further. I enjoy it a lot and am sure you will have a blast with your man cave also.

Shalom

John
