Several hits but only 6 comfirmed kills

i went camping this past weekend with some friends, I managed to get away for a few hours to an area that I knew I was going to encounter some action :)
I took the Impact with me along with the .30 cal barrel, I needed the 44gr JSBs to dope the 5-18 mph winds! ;)
This place was very dry but I found a good amount of juveniles which were very skittish, the closest shot was taken @ 72 yards. Im very happy with the Impact performance, I didn't get any jams and I got way more shots than my Edgun ;)

headshot @ 106 yards

"AirgunBill"Yes nice country for sure and glad your enjoying your Impact. Looks like your experiencing drought there or is that typical for that that part of the country for that time of year. Thanks Bill
California has been going through a extreme drought for the last four years, it always gets like this in summer, very dry and very hot, but in spring season this areas are beautiful, I guess is because is not as dry and hot as the summer.
It was really nice to be out and enjoy nature.

There is a field target event coming up in the Morro Bay Area, it's in middle August sometime. Can't remember the exact dates. If anyone is interested in trying out field target, like I am. It would be cool as heck if we could all get together and meet up.
Also if anyone is ever in the Bakersfield area and has their gun with them. Let me know. I have a couple acres with tons of squirrels, random birds and a small homemade target range.

I bought a Jetski in Beaumont about 5 years ago.
Nice place and I'm sure plenty of hunting in that area.

Santa Monica. Shoot seagulls. Hahaha
