Good luck, and may your photographic eye be with you!
After giving it more thought, I changed my mind regarding favorite gun. I originally thought my .25 RAW HM1000x would be my submission, but after more thought, most accurate and powerful doesn’t necessarily mean the same thing as favorite. And in this case, most sentimental.
After my dad passed, I had decided to fix up his old Crosman 1377 pistol and keep it as something to display. He really enjoyed plinking with this. Miss you dad!!
The pistol features beautiful figured maple grips and forend by Michael Chavka and an Anschutz rail. I re-blued the barrel and upgraded the internals.
This is my favorite airgun. It is my wife's Daystate Air Ranger. It's my favorite because she loves to shoot it and nothing makes me happier than watching her enjoy range time!
I got this beautiful Hatsan Neutron Star .25 cal and Bushnell Forge 2.5-15x50 30mm tube both with discounted price. Such a great platform that i never thought i'll be using it so often than my other PCP. This airgun is also so much lighter than all of my pcp's and tested accurate with JSB Exact King 25.39gr. I then added DonnyFL to quiet it down (by a lot...!) and BOG tripod is just super stable. Actually, off hand with this is easy too. Happy plinking everyone.
My 6 year old making spinners sing and dance 50 yards away shooting my .22 Brocock Sniper HP. It's adorned with a Donnyfl Sumo, Atlas bipod, Optisan 6-24x56 scope and my own, custom rattle can hydrodip.
She's is just too Photogenic to just post one pic! Enjoying all of the photos submitted so far! Awesome guys!
My go-to Airgun has always been the Impact as soon as I purchased one. The Barrels can be swapped out in minutes allowing you to shoot .177-.35cal. My favorite Caliber for Plinking/Hunting is the trusted .25. The Golden Barrel is a STX .25 that has been cut down to 470mm and the short .30 barrel was cut down to 400mm outfitted with a Custom Neil Clague Moderator making it backyard friendly.
I am a fan of the shorter barrels due to the maneuverability in the dense woods of Missouri. They are also accurate out to 120y (thats about as far as I have tested these)
Wow! You folks got some nice guns! Beauties all of them...
My humble entry...TalonP .25. Stock but for the TT 88gram hammer, Ring-Loc 0.145" transfer port to cool the gun down a bit, DFL Sumo, Pig Saddle rig and topped with a US Optics TS-12X MHR. Perfect for my 7-yo ringing 4" steels at 50 YD.
