Too bad Hatsans weigh so much compared to others. I have a Gladius Long in 22 and with scope and bipod it’s around 13 pounds. Lucky in the North East most of my hunting areas are heavily wooded and my Leshiy works great . I don’t mind a heave rifle off a bench but in the field weight matters to me.

Absolutely agree that is why I use my bobcat for bench shoot and my impact for field shooting weight matters !

Yea, the weight is too much! I've been trying to take the weight off them. This is my third one. The heavy steel cylinder attributes to most the weight. I've been researching ways on how to lighten them. My Bullmaster will have a cf tank, possibly be regulated. This tank is over 30 ounces and a carbon fiber 350cc one is only 11ounces. Can't give up on Hatsans, they have too much going for them (price, accuracy, reliability, easy to get parts, sharp looks, and they are always pressing technology/new ideas) to dis-regard them completely for only having one seriously "heavy" flaw is premature.

I am looking at this and the Puncher breaker. People are saying the Puncher Breaker is a bit better due to weight.

Although, the Puncher Breaker is not a semi-auto so therefore is difficult to compare. The Bullboss is the PB's equivalent and that is about 2-3 lbs heavier. I would like it if Kral had a semi-auto equivalent; it would be lighter and at the same price point, I believe.
