Sekhmet customer service is awful

I am not one to generally blast a company for minor issues, would rather give praise to folks who do good. However, when I receive defective product and make multiple attempts just to begin a process and ZERO of those attempts are ever answered, then I am pretty much done with a company. I think I would rather pay much higher prices to get something like the FX digital since I know when I need service that they will be there. Such a disappointment.
