International Scuba has a "punch card" deal. You pay them $100 & they give you a punch card for 20 fills (equaling out to $5 per fill). A lil bit cheaper than the other scuba shops. 

International Scuba can fill your scba tanks up to 4500 psi but they recommend for you to leave your scba tank w/ them overnight (so you would have to make 2 round trips) If you want a same day fill (walk in w/ your tank, get her filled, & walk out w/ your tank) to 4500 psi then they recommend calling them before you come by to make sure their reserve tanks are full to top off your scba tank. But the down side for a same day quick fill is that your scba bottle gets warm when they fill her up & once your bottle cools down, your left w/ 4300-4400 psi. 

I have no affiliation w/ International Scuba...they just fill my scba tanks for me. Then there was the miscommunication of me bringing 2 of my bigger scba tanks in to get filled & the nice lady behind the counter would just punch 1 tank on my punch card for 2 scba tank fills, but w/ the gentleman store owner, he would punch 2 tanks on my punch card. So I would call to make sure the nice lady worker/owner would be @ work when I swing by. Or just ask them before hand about filling multiple scba tanks @ one time & how many punches on your card they will notch out.
