I bought a Gosky scope cam adapter and have done some testing with my Canon point and shoot camera. For anyone considering using a scope cam, the clarity and colors of various scopes is very different as shown below. These are video stills. The best video quality so far is from the Hawke sidewinder. Vastly better than the Aztec.
This video still is from a "lowly" FX 3-12 X 44 scope. The out of focus is my fault, it's not mounted on a rifle and was hard to hold and focus right. But it shows the color reproduction is spot on and there is no color fringing just like the Hawke.
