Scope mounted rangefinder

Yeah, parallax ranging using a parallax/ side focus wheel, works pretty well — just ask the field target shooters. 👍🏼



However, beyond say 40 yards it requires a large objective lens and a high magnification to induce suficient image un-sharpness that you then can dial out with the parallax wheel, giving you the range to target.

And beyond 50 or 60y this method gets increasingly imprecise that you'll start missing.



The useful range to use parallax ranging gets further reduced if your particular power/pellet combination has a fairly loopy trajectory.

Making your trajectory flatter goes a long way in increasing your point blank range (where you don't have to adjust the elevation)....

I saw this but have no experience on it, but do know there is can side mount of the rail as well...
