Scope for prod

For backyard plinking, and spinners I'd think about a micro reflex sight with a 3min dot. That way it will work as a handgun, or a carbine.

I have a UTG bug buster 3x9x32 AO mil dot that suits the Prod excellent.

Same here, but with the 3x12 Bugbuster. Excellent size for this application.

Most shooters use way too much magnification. I did my 615 yard cola can video with a 4.5x14 Leupold.

So many choices. I decided to go with the Barska 2-7 that Yo recommended. I figured for less than $50 delivered from Amazon, there wasn't much risk. I feel after a day or so using it, it's twice as good as the BSA Edge 2-7 that it replaced. Which, incidentally, cost twice as much as the Barska. The scope seems a bit off(not focused) at 2x, but 4-7 it's pretty darn clear. I was able to adjust the parallax out and maintain a crisp reticle. Love the small dots on the reticle by the way.

For the stock, I just wrapped some foam with electrical tape. Works out pretty good given it was free. If I decide to keep it as a carbine for the long term, I may decide to try something different.
