How is this a scam? They put the price right there. They can list it as $1,000,000 for a tin and it still wouldn't be a scam. Cause you saw the price and willing to pay. Remember, items are only worth what the customer is willing to pay.

Scam would be you bought the pellet and they ship you a rock. Cause you didn't order the rock and now you are out $15 and no pellet to show for. That is a scam. The seller has the right to list any item, any amount.

Perilous times are these and deceptive scams are many so be awake and spot on KWK not a dime to that BOZO man....

No matter how cheap or expensive they may be. When you get them in a box about 1 -1/2 foot square with one piece of bubble wrap, they will be well flattened or squashed from banging around.

Putting that "New Math" to the test on Amazon I see. Not a scam if you only buy 1. 

I've seen that sort of thing for years on Amazon - though usually a little more subtle. Pays to do the math...

I haven't purchased from AMZ in over a year or more, but do check AMZ's final prices. I don't choose to support monopiles though, and their prices are most always higher, sometimes equal, never less. I have much less issues on eBay compared to past AMZ purchases and prices are most always the best. To think people pay over a hundred dollars per year to shop AMZ on top of this is unreal. Maybe I am missing something, but I watch my dollars, so I don't think so. eBay can be spooky, but wise shoppers usually come out ahead. None are perfect with every purchase. AMZ packaging is the worst with practically no packing materials using oversized boxes for small fragile items. I would never order pellets from AMZ.

You beat me to it on posting about Amazon rip offs. I too have had my share of bad luck w/ them lately. I ordered $54 of airgun stuff from them on the 19th and then on the 20th followed it up w/ $37 more in airgun stuff. Email notifications said it would be delivered on the 25th. It wasn't. My stuff hasn't even been shipped yet. 

Amazon rules say you have to wait 48 hours after the expected delivery date. After that the customer has the option of cancelling the order. So I did that. I requested cancellation and the return of my money.

THEY WOULDN'T LET ME CANCEL THE ORDERS !!!

Said 'they're in the ...advance process' ...of being shipped'. Said I would have to wait until the items were delivered before I could return them and get my money back. I raised plenty heck w/ them earlier today. 1st CS rep was worthless. 2nd CS rep said she did some corrections on my order, expedited the admin process and supposedly my stuff will be shipped tomorrow.

Old crow.....another example of why you should only pay with a good reputable credit card, then who cares about Amazon policy??

Also it pays to read the fine print...how many times have we heard that??? If your stupid enough to order without reading carefully, then shame on you! None of these shysters would ever get away with their tricks if we would only read carefully before placing the order then use a reputable credit card to pay !!

This was after I threatened to go to the Attorney General of the State of Texas on Monday to file a complaint against Amazon for wire fraud and mail fraud.

The Amazon customer reps I talked to admitted the items I ordered and paid for aren't in stock now and weren't in stock when I ordered them on the 19th and the 20th, even though the web pages for the items say they are in stock. They admitted they wanted me to wait (however long) until the items were in stock.

This is apparently the 'new' Amazon.

I was reading the other day how Amazon bought out MGM for 9 billion dollars. Maybe they're ditching the retail business and going into the movie business?

Amazon says they are going to cancel my orders today and refund my money on Monday.

This was after I threatened to go to the Attorney General of the State of Texas on Monday to file a complaint against Amazon for wire fraud and mail fraud.

Absolutely! In simple cases like the one OP has posted it is on YOU (or him) as the case may be... I suspect the shipping total that would be applied in that instance would make it a waste to purchase one item ten times but I don't see any shipping on his image. Yes, "Caveat Emptor" but things aren't always that simple. Sometimes you read the fine print and agree because if you don't you can't participate in society in general... If you don't accept the "click through contract" you don't get to use their facilities. Hopefully we will figure out how to wrestle that pig sooner rather than later. Not to hijack the OPs topic.

yeah i dont see any scam about it ... this ruse has been used on ebay for years especially with shipping .. its your fault if you dont read and pay for it lol ...
