I'm using an s 21 ultra and the side shot but having a hard time making the cameras focus the glare is terrible or the cross hairs are out of focus or the background is fuzzy

I also use a samsung s21 in combination with the sideshot scopemount and have/had difficulties sometimes.did u already adjust the eyepiecering on your scope after getting a clear image but fuzzy crosshair?that might help.what I do know is that alot of light shining in from the side gets caught while recording which isn't very helpfull for overall video quality.i recently ordered a 3d printed adapterring to mod the original sideshot for actioncam recording. Already have the Firefly 8se,just waiting on the ring which is taking ages to get overseas

Do you think the glaire is coming in between the phone and the sideshow?
And are you saying there is adapters to change from the phone holder to a camera holder?

Concerning the glare,I think so.
And yes there is an adapterring to modify the original sideshot cellphone holder,to a actioncamera mount indeed.
