Credit goes to Paul on GTA, who gave me the heads up. I had given up on the crosman store and stopped watching for them.

$547.49 with discount anyone know if there's free shipping anymore?

Was it always $729.99 regular price or did they raise the price?

Yes, that has been the MSRP. It has been on Crosman, AGD, and PA. Midway had them listed for slightly less, but think the MSRP was shown before discount.

In the near future they are coming out with syn stocked one, that will be around $700.



I was charged shipping, but crosman had a promotion that ended on 12/31, for free shipping. It hasn't worked since they changed over to new software. I'll be calling on Monday for that refund and order some mags. I suspect the Free Friday shipping is not working, either, if that is still available.

I just went on Crosman.com to see if the Free Friday Shipping worked or not and they are down for maintenance. They still show the SAM in stock, but I couldn't add one to my cart. I'll be calling Monday as well to ask about the free shipping promotion and see if I can get some spare magazines. I wish they would have added them to the website when they made the SAM available, it would have made it easier to just add a couple spares to the order!

I had that happen yesterday, but when I went to another PC it worked fine. The laptop that failed yesterday, is working now. Sometimes you have to clear history, data, and queues.

Just think yours might be better quality than the $547.40 version. Just remember what I always try to disprove that you always get what you pay for in life. At least you will value yours more than the guy who paid $127.60 less for his.

Shipping delays everywhere you might wanna cancel yours of it hasn't already shipped yet.

I don't know if I went down the rabbit hole of getting an airguns collection or not, but I still would like to thank you for the heads-up on the deal on the SAM. I was looking at getting a Marauder to tinker with and modify anyways. SAM-P maybe?

Mine came in last night. It's a much heavier and bigger gun that my Urban. I'm glad it has swivel studs, because I think I am going to need that to lug it around the river bottom for squirrels. It feels nice though, shoulders well, and seemed to hold rock steady when I pointed it around up in the trees. If my rings and scope ever get here, squirrel and dumplings may be back on the menu soon. As soon as deer season is over, anyway.

Please keep us posted on the #1 aspect of having a semiauto which is reliability, #2 its level of precision, and past that for this price I could live with a heavy-ish trigger and small shortcomings.
