S510 CARBON BOTTLE AIR ARMS. WHAT A GUN

Would be a game changer for me! Would never buy another of their rifle rifles.

Really like the slightly more traditional "rifle" look of a quality tube airgun. Seems lately (just from reading) now their regulated rifles come with a higher fill psi which is fine. Just how many shots does one need from every airrifle they could own w/out refilling?

I don't know, an S510 with a CB bottle wouldn't be a S510. The S410, 500 and 510 keeps it classy looks by somewhat resembling a traditional gun by keeping that classy look. However after saying that they do need to be changed up or they will go the way of the dinosaurs. It's a different game now. The Regal falls into the same group, sad to say.

There must be other ways of increasing shot count than going to a fat, carbon fiber bottle. How about going to a thin wall titanium air tank slightly larger in diameter to increase volume? A larger plenum wii help too along with a more efficient regulator and valve. Air flow efficiency needs work here. One other suggestion is to increase pellet capacity of the magazines. Same goes for Daystate. I won’t buy a $2000+ rifle that comes with a lousy 10 shot magazine that costs $100.

I like and have both styles tube and bottle. If I had to pick one it wouldn’t be a bottle gun. Bottle guns are great for shot count, lots of plinking. Or pesting situations where you might be shooting lots of roosting pests. Other than that a tube gun is just more svelte handling in the field. And 20-25 shots is plenty while hunting, not so much when plinking. Horses for courses...
