RWS 350 with a few 30 yards groups

This is another great springer (stock) condition. What a hammer. Hits hard but nickel to quarter sized 5 shot groups are the average for me, but that is at thirty yards. Great craftsmanship but not an all day shooter. Great fun though and powerful hunter. The two targets were both shot this am at thirty yards and can be covered by a quarter. JSB pellets were utilized. The scope is probably the weak link it is a winchester 2-7x32.......but it does hold zero and has not been destroyed by the recoil......thank the Lord!

I have an RWS 350 Magnum like yours and find it a great shooter but keep it inside of 45 yards. I have gone to the JSB Heavy Beasts and have had really good consistency. The rifle is a workout to shoot with the high power comes substantial cocking force. Manageable but still a workout. It does a job on a scope. I have lost two that were made for the Springer shock but just could not hold up. I ended up with a BSA Essential. Yes a lower end scope but more than enough power optically. It has surprised me with its ability to hang in there with no changes to POI and heavy bilateral shock associated with that heavy main spring. The rifle is not really backyard friendly but the heavier pellets have helped with some of the crack. Beautiful rifle, good shooter when held properly and accurate. Several starlings and more than enough to down the squirrels but tough on a follow up shots in that the crack gets everything moving. Nice shot groups on your targets and you have a nice set up. Keep shooting and reporting your results.
