Robert Lane...very unprofessional

I'm not a 'customer is always right' type of person, as I run my own business...but when I order something, twice, and between 4-8 weeks goes by without receiving anything, I simply start a case with paypal to protect my money, as I don't like to spend it on thin air...I inquired about dimensions regarding my product (2 o-rings) that I've been waiting nearly 2 months for..and I got a very unprofessional response...I personally never treat my customers like this, regardless of how far they push me. If I actually ever receive either shipment I will post an update here with the date received / shipping time.



To boot, the plenums for many marauder regulators were threaded incorrectly (bspp instead of NPT), and upon contact Robert Lane stated he manufactured many of these already with the incorrect threading and had no intention on correcting the issue...



Below / attached is the response I received after politely inquiring about the o-ring dimensions so I could source the parts myself elsewhere...I will never recommend anyone doing business with him whatsoever, and will be moving myself personally to alternatives such as HUMA. This guy has a very hot head and cannot control himself in a professional manner. BUYER BEWARE!!!







If/when the 10$ orings (2 of them @ 5$ a piece... woohoo) ever come, I was going to simply send the money back...but with how I was responded to, I have no desire to nor do I feel morally obligated to. I imagine someone who responds in such a manner as he has, is not very happy inside...so at the end of the day, I only pity this man.

A few years ago when I bought my first air rifle a Hatsan Gladius I contacted Robert Lane inorder to get a regulator. At that time I knew next to nothing about airguns. He was Abe to give me advice on which products he had would work for me . When I received the regulator he included around 100 pages of technical info on the regulator and air guns in general. 

Its been a few years since I dealt with them so based on your experience I would say that the people that deal with customers are no longer the same or an employee is acting irresponsibly towards customers.
