The Rube Goldberg/MacGiver side of me instantly looks to alternative uses. A Marauder shroud is 7/8" OD A 3/4"X1/2" copper reducer is 7/8"ID the 1/2" side is 5/8" OD. A1" piece of 1/2" copper pipe sweat into the reducer with a 8" repair coupling that is 5/8 ID can be used as can the aluminum tubing sold in big box stores .625 =5/8" The Disco is 3/4" and can be reduced down also.

"Txboy"This is just my opinion but if it were possible to load this in some kind of modified pcp that dart would have kept on truck 'n after making the impact on the bird. The amount of power a pcp has in comparison to human is not comparable in my honest opinion
Absolutely, with that kind of power behind it, it would have blown through the bird, stripping it's cone and ended up fifty yards down range. Maybe thirty five years ago I did a study on blowguns and concluded that a 3/8" pipe six feet long was about the maximum practical hunting blowgun. I could push my bicycle spoke and golf tee six inch darts to about 200 - 250 fps. I was getting 4 or 5 fpe and at that time I was running five miles three times a week so.... Even a paint marker would get 300+ fps on that dart, more if it was tuned hotter than the rules allow.

Clearly someone shot that bird with a blowgun...
