Replacing Vulcan's O-ring's is so easy

I've got to say the Vulcan's O-ring's are so easy to replace. It flat out mind blowing how easy this gun is to replace the O-ring's on.

My brother has a Gen2 Vulcan, well last week at league night a O-ring failed in the tank and air started leaking out the regulator equaling hole. Right after filling it started to weep. Dam, well you cant get mad, rubber gets old and hardens. Tonight after work I stoped over at Hydrapac and got the orings to renew the gun. I took just over a hour and half, puff it was done. This was the first time I've had this gun apart.

I telling you, the Vulcan is so easy to work on. I did watch Ernest Rows video's, help me see what I was getting in to. I even had time to take the bolt out and clean it up real nice, and adjusted the cocking rod a tinny bit. After putting the side cocking lever on it. It need 1 turn less rod throw. The side cocking lever pull's the hammer back farther then the side bolt did.

The adjustment's are so intuitive, That making small tunning adjustments very easy. And now seeing how easy the O-rings are. Even setting the regulator back to the starting pressure was easy. I just measured the set bolt as Erest suggested, well shooting across the cronie thing's are just as they where before the leak. Other then it has new orings, clean and adjusted bolt. This guns going to be around a long time.
