Replaced stock rail on Akela

Finally found a clamp on rail that fits the Akela. Also I bought a holographic sight for it 😊 I posted pictures of the scope still mounted because it gives a better view of the replacement rail. I posted pictures of the rifle without the rail so you can see its not a standard rail, it only has two slots. I got a new pellet catcher, you can see in the first picture, do yall like it? 🤣 That target was at 28 yards with the new holographic sight, notice I pulled a few to the right cause I wasn't comfortable when shooting(was shooting fast in between cutting cycles on a CNC lathe), and the group of 3 that is low was at 15 yards, and I was aiming at the bottom edge of the circle.

Although it's currently sold out, here's a link to the rail on Amazon. Believe me, it shaved a ton of weight off the rifle, plus I don't have to worry about the grub screw threads any longer.

Maker -

Might want to check your sight.

I've got the same sight, I believe it's an LED, NOT a holographic sight. Different animals. Not overly happy with it compared to others on the market.

The Holosun (various versions) is a much better sight for only a few dollars more. Midway is having a sale right now on an HE530GC-RD. It's a really nice sight. It's capability of adjusting itself for ambient light is very accurate. Red dot or circle dot. Titanium body, lens covers. A very good deal for what it is/does.
