Removing the check valve on a 480cc

I've a Fx 480cc CF bottle and i can't unscrew the check valve, it's quite snug in there. Does anybody knows if it's loctited on? Maybe heat can help me, obviously the bottle is degassed
I tried the same as this guy on min 3:10, definitely not that easy. Thanks in advance

Not thread sealer, need a spanner wrench or a tight fitted pin and smack tool hard CCW with small hammer cover wrench or pin with a towel to prevent a missile hazard, grab CF bottle tight while hitting and my take two hits to loosen. Works everytime.

Thanks Ernest, i'll find something that fit tight then, maybe an allen wrench is not enough, will try the small hammer too

It's extremly snug Ernest, can't unscrew it even with a tight fitted pin and a small hammer, i'm afaid to apply too much force and break the thread or the check valve. Should i apply more force? Looks like Chuck Norris was the one who installed this

the threads are to big to strip, try using a thick wood or delrine block on the pin, don't hit the end of the pin -/ lean on the pin and valve and you really have to smack it hard.

it my take a few hits to loosen.

or if you have a large rubber strap wrench the bottle and the valve on a bench vice.

Last results send it to me I'll remove it for free --/ just pay shipping.

why are you removing the valve??? Leaking??

Leaking in the neck of the bottle, i'll try to find some rubber or leather straps, use the vice and a few more hits not directly to the pin as you told me. I really appreciate the offer but i'm outside the U.S so not an option. Thanks
