I've looked at Krale's website from time to time and been tempted to order a thing or two but didn't have enough information to proceed. For those of you that have ordered from them what has your experience been overall? I heard some good things about them but curious about shipping times and customs duties,etc. Thanks for the help

I have not used them directly but I have family in the Netherlands who use them regularly remember they won’t export A lot of stuff to the US as their franchise agreement doesn’t allow it , I know I tried to order an FX accessory from them that wasn’t available here. My cousin had to order then ship to me.

I used them in the fall to buy an ldc,air tank , and extra mags for my Ataman AP16 and it was a very smooth transaction,shipping was under a week.would buy from them again without hesitation.

Ordered a weihrauch hw77k...
Arrived much quicker than I expected and was able to zero it with a scope but when I went to try the iron sites... I discovered the barrel had a very slight upward bend. Made it literally impossible to hit point of aim with the irons was about 6-7 inches high at 15 yards.
When I inquired about this I was responded to initially but when I brought up a possible exchange with shipping on my dime all communication ceased. Multiple emails asking what could be done I got no response. Ended up just bending it straight myself but still... but from an American company in my opinion.

thats a sux story but if you must buy protect yourself so if you get a bent barrel you can call cc company and they will stop payment other than that i have heard they have great turn around a matter of days

Krale is my favorite place to order Steyr and some accessories. Actually, I fear there will be some type of "deal" made between US retailer and Steyr (like with FX) and they will be forced to stop selling to us. That would increase the cost of my favorite rifle by nearly $1,000.

I ordered a Walther LGV and HW35 from them two months ago. They shipped fast and everything was well packaged. It took less than a week for my rifles to arrive. If you buy multiple items, you'll save more money on shipping. I'm waiting for the HW30s in .22 to get back in stock. Once it is, I'll get that and an HW50s. I won't hesitate to use them again.

I have ordered 6 different Weihrauch rifles from them over the past couple years. The packing is always exceptional, and I usually get the orders in about 3 days (quicker than PA for me). I had a problem with an HW57 not being accurate, and Gerrit took great care of me. Krale offers great products and exceptional customer service. The only downside is the current exchange rates - they are brutal!

I will buy from Krale before I will buy from any domestic dealer due to the way I have been treated in several purchases. You just have to understand you are buying from a dealer that is a long way from you and any return will be expensive. They will get your order to you faster than any domestic dealer and in my cases much cheaper. I have bought 3 guns from them and in the case of the Steyr it was over $1000.00 cheaper.
