Recommendations for a foldable hunting chair

I use a bucket with a padded seat I made. I use a tree for back support and can carry game out in the bucket

i also have one of these lighter weight options but for me it is extremely uncomfortable (nut buster).

I’ve had a Primos Double Bull Tri Stool for years and love it. I’m 6’5” and 230lbs and it is rock solid and pretty comfortable.

best, most comfortable and most heavy duty camping/folding chair I’ve ever tried. 

I have both of these chairs which for some maybe a bit heavy in a long trek. But believe me later your butt will be so glad you packed it along. Both are very stable on wet uneven ground with adjustable heavy duty duck pod legs. Also their easy simple break down system with their own carry bag.

Most regular portable stools are too low. I like this one because the seat front is at 25 inches angling up to 28 inches in the back. It (comfortably) puts me in a more upright postion, which I find more conducive to tripod field shooting:

I use one of these. You can attach it to your belt or other with a carabiner. They make cushions for some models too.

Check out these. Worth every penny in my opinion. Seat doesn't roast my ass in the summer months.

Heavy duty, comfortable, solid, folds flat. It's not lightweight but it's a great seat. I'd buy again. Primarily use when sighting in off a tripod.

I'll second this. They aren't foldable, but they are light, cheap and perform more than one duty.

This one is a serious winner! Extremely lightweight, very compact at around 2" thick when collapsed. Doesn't sink into the forest soil like chairs with the individual legs. I loved it so much I bought two!! I keep this in my truck with my backpack and BOG Gun Stand, and I'm ready to get to work anytime!!!

This is the brand I will be buying when I decide to get one.

The get the maximum accuracy yo NEED to have fully support for your right elbow (should be rised) and for your back..... After that, where the rifle is resting is secondary.

I'm a big fan of the bucket and padded seat. After hunting whitetails from a blind I learned this is quiet. Often seats make noises and that squeaky noise tends to increase over time. The fibers of the materials are the source of noise... 

Most of those chairs are usable but what we really need is a sherpa to carry all that crap.

Backpacking chairs are expensive but worth it if you plan on carrying a long way, another option would be Turkey hunting chairs as they sit lower to the ground allowing you to use a long bipod. https://www.onetigris.com/portable-camping-chair-03.html
