Maybe a good thing. I would hate to hear about you ruining a top-notch scope on a springer, due to harsh bi-directional recoil.

That scope is springer rated and has life time warranty.

Dan, you can send it to Sightron custom shop and they will adjust it for you. I've send mine recently and was 1 week turn around. To get 10-50x60 to fit you'll probably need taller rings. I've fit mine with tall double strap BKL rings.
