RAW (Rapid Air Weapons) new sponsor

Mark,
Since you're the real deal let me follow up on my polygon barrel question:
I sent an inquiry to RAW about fitting their stock TM polygon .177 barrel to my .22 HM1000. Martin replied in a quick note that the barrel could not be fitted with the thimble because of the magazine of the HM. I am wondering if he is saying that the barrel w/ thimble will not function with a magazine (something that I don't care about) or if the configuration of the receiver/ transfer port/ barrel channel is incompatible? Also, do you think the regulator would need adjustment to go from .22 19fpe to a suitable .177 setting?
Thanks.

Sandy..
Almost anything is possible.... Ask SRGT004..
In Short, the thimbles were developed for the BM/TM series guns. The bolt probe is different on the HM's, a standard barrel can be fit to your gun but it would be necessary to properly configure your gun for best accuracy... this would require internal changes.

I just sent you a PM.. Give me call and It will be quicker to go over the details....

I've got a RAW in .30 cal coming. Due to arrive late January -
I watched a gentleman shoot the RAW .30 out at 100yards this Sunday - it rivaled many powder burners!
'Awesome accuracy ! And and Quiet
im a believer !
And my understanding is that Martin and his team go all out to solve any problems that may arise
and in the end, that's what makes a great company
cheers

I've found the biggest problem with owning a RAW is that I don't have any desire to shoot anything else. Since purchasing mine, I've bought and sold a couple of perfectly good fairly high end guns. Nothing wrong with them, but they just couldn't compete with the RAW. Would be nice if there was an option for a synthetic or carbon fiber stock. You could shorten the barrel a bit (which I had Martin do on mine) and with a lighter stock it would make be a much better option for carrying in the field.
