I have a HM 1000x in .25. I have not used it in a while. It was completely empty of air. I tried filling but air just blows out the barrel. I have spare O rings.

You could try cocking the gun before filling but you either have a o-ring on the valve body leaking or the valve is not sealing or bent that’s the only two spots that lets Air go out the barrel

try this before taking it apart dont slow fill give it a slam of air you need to get the seal to bite

If you cock the gun before filling it takes all the pressure off the valve and let’s it seat ,then it should fill with no problem or you’ll find out there’s a oring leaking or valve , If it seals this way then it’s fine to shoot and leave it with Air in it and see if it leaked down again it’s not uncommon and there may be no reason to actually disassemble it
