I just purchased a used RAW HM 1000 and I was reading the manual and it says you can fill to 230 bar. Stamped on the receiver is do not fill over 200 bar. Any of you guys who own one of these know the correct fill pressure?

Owner's manual says it depends on the bottle. I have two, one with a 400 cc bottle and one 280, but I use 200 bar in both.

Depends on the bottle and the valve. If it has the cf bottle than its most likely got the hp valve and can take the 230 fill. Standard 1000's with the steel tank and standard valve are the 200 fill version.

Since it's the lower power HM1000 I'd go with the 200 bar. The HM1000 might be fitted with a regulator with less capacity than the HM1000x. On their web page they mention a "special high pressure seat" on their HP regulators speced to 250 bar maximum.
But, as long as your bottle can handle the pressure you can try 230 bar and monitor your velocities for consistency.

Thanks, Guys, It has the 480cc Carbon Fiber Bottle, but like I said it has 200 stamped on the receiver. As elh0102 noted, the manual stated 230 bar for that bottle. I called RAW (apparently they have been purchased), and the helpful lady on the phone said she would try and find out. Got to get a scope mounted later today and test this puppy out.
