I purchased a hm1000x chassis .22 second hand and it was shooting all over the place I took the gun out of the chassis and shot it over the chronograph and noticed it was shooting very slow. (600fps) I turned the hammer spring up and it got up to 650~ I took the regulator out and turned it up and got it back to 930fps with 25gr knockouts. I put the gun back in the chassis and refilled the gun and it was back to shooting 600fps. Wondering if anyone has had this problem Before?

Sounds like the regulator needs an o-ring replacement / rebuild. Check seat to see if suffering set point drift.
If the Regs in bypass and valve sees full tank pressure it goes into valve lock mode and the most likely reason for the low velocity.

Also make sure barrel is clocked correctly within receiver. If transfer port is not aligned correctly it shoot slower or not at all.

I haven’t messed with the barrel at all but the valve issues sounds about right. What O-rings would I need to replace and is there anything else I would need to fix?

If a rifle that is 3 or more years old .... Get a COMPLETE o-ring service kit / Reg rebuild kit from Martin and reseal the whole gun.
All my o-rings are bulk in all the SAE and Metric sizes and just match them up as needed pending AG being worked with. So no help on specific sizes here .... sorry

You could also try cleaning and relubing the hammer area. Sometimes if those run out of lube or get gummed up the hammer will just not reach the right or consistent velocities.
