I can seem to working on the hm 1000 but not the hmx 1000. just look at the different tops of each on the breach block

aa , yes the X is mil-spec and the HM ( NO X ) will use the FX mount.

Yes you can, I have them on my HM1000x, FX makes them for pic rails and Dove.

FYI: The RAW has 20 moa built in to the scope rail. You may not need fx rings
