    Ok I placed order for aeron stick on 5 23 last month.after after s week and a half no reply.called them.mike says sorry will ship next day.nope lie number one.called last night got Travis ugh got bumped to shipping we're they say well we're waiting on those to fill orders.how can that be on there site they put pick options on items they have.they say waiting on them .to fill orders lie number 2 then I send them a nasty email. Oh they get back to me very quickly.its Mike again saying I'll ship now how can that be.they have made label for fedx don't mean nothing.ordered lami one if they send anything it will prob be the wrong one.all confidence in them gone.just send what I paid for and I won't bother or buy Ani else from y'all didn't swear at them or yell. Why lie.sorry guys but won't have Ani to do with them again.excuse my rant but it was due.Thanks for blowing me off.

    Oh and to add just to show iam not being an ass.i understand that they had rmac going on but lie and just blow me off.thats not how to do business.really like you guys but you fumbled and instead of making it right you just pasted the buck very sloppy.i used to watch every word out of there vids or post no more.there are alot of good people in this sport Donny FL Ken hick shooter 1721 .Bob o edosan .on and on have dealt with some of them personally real people.but appears as if y'all have a quick that the average guy can't join.sad how can an industry grow like this. Have dealt with fx USA less people better service.ok iam done sorry thanks for listening

    I am sorry for your troubles, fwiw I am done with UA, I had my share of problems and headache too including showing stock (and buying) for items they do not have. Since I stopped buying from them cero issues. There are several good other vendors out there that will take care of you and usually the owner. Examples I have had good experiences so far

    And sure there are others … Best thing you can do, take your business to someone else

    Yes I do all my other business with jeol at Palm beach.love Ken Hicks at spaw.utha has the stock I want for my wire oh yes she's happy

    The bigger they get the harder they are to deal with because they have more business than they can meet demand wise. This makes each customer less valuable since another will step up to take their place. I sent an inquiry to them (UA) right after Shane Keller started there over a month ago now using their online inquiry form and no one ever answered the inquiry.

    Utah Airguns admitted fault with their "inventory system", said they're working on it, and apologized. I'd said they "manned-up" to their mistake, but it seems you're still a little bent out of shape? 

    Any company that's got the balls to admit a mistake and promise to correct it is alright in my book. I'll continue to give them my business.
