Quite poor customer service in Utah Airguns

I have only seen the crew at Utah airguns on YouTube, but this to me seems like pretty good customer service. It sucks that things happen in life, but any vendor that takes the time to read forums and respond to customers seems pretty good for me. I think the guys at Utah airguns like airguns and want to ensure other shooters can get good equipment and advice. 
 
There is no 100% guarantee with email. Can you imagine how many emails they must get? Heck, I can barely manage my own inbox.

A phone call is the better way to do business when your first email isn't answered in the time you expect it to.

Any time I've ever called the shop, they always answer and have always helped.

Having said that, it's always good to post your dealings with businesses.
