Quietest PCP you own?

My quietest is my Daystate Pulsar with Huggett LDC. Very quiet. Second quietest is my FX Bobcat Mk2 with Huggett. My FX Boss makes some noise but it is still what I would call back yard friendly if you have a big yard. That absolute loudest gun I own is my Hatsan BT65 which sounds like a powder burner when it goes off, definitely not back yard friendly unless your neighbors are far away.

Been a while since this post last answered. Was wondering if further progress in attaining the ultimate in quiet with your PCP? My ranchero with hw mod is ok but audible, so-so, no alterations. Maybe best can expect for a 9 inch barrell. But FX T-12 400 in .22 is just a slight spring sound with a huggett for last 9 inches. On the other hand the FX 400 Royale in .22 even on low power gives a pop-nail gun report. Quitess two are the Bsa ultra with Roy's K. carbon fibre full shroud and the FX 500 even on full power. Anyone find anything backyard better?

Of the pcp rifles I have heard and handled my vote would be pulsar with huggett for quietest. But.....by no means have I heard everything.

The quietest I have is the Logun S16 in .22 the next one is the FX Monsoon .22

Career 707 air rifle by Alan Z. Adjustable up to 76ft lb. Click, then a thunk as the pellet hits the target 50 yards away.

.22 Daystate AirWolf MCT with a Nieil Clague LCD. At 30 or 40 fpe it is extreamly quiet. My FX Wilcat with the FX stackable pack is 2nd, followed by my stock Cricket BP. All great guns and very quiet for their power.

I can't imagine how anything could be quieter than my Wildcat .22 with .25 Huggett moderator. Quieter than Verminator .25 on LOW power with Fx stackable and much quieter than Marauder .22.

Daystate Wolverine B HiLite w/Huggett moderator and full shroud in .22 at 30 ftlb is my quietest. 

I am sure my post is going to get delectated , I have a 25 Cricket with a LDC and a 22 Cricket with a LDC,
But my stock Mutant 22 is even quieter then both of my Crickets.. and its stock!!!!!!!!!
Not sure how Mutant did it , Its just super quite, I have even taken the shroud apart thinking WTF.
Its a 22 and they say they have a 25 that's coming out just as short , Just as accurate and just a quite,,,,
I got one on order because I am saying no way in hell, This gun just flips me out..... Its like dam did I just do that shot.
No I am not trying to sell the gun, I am just reporting what I got......

My quietest ever PCP, the .22 MCT AirWolf with the Huggett shroud on it. Even set on high producing 39-40 FPE it is crazy quiet. Next in line, the .22 Mutant Standard in stock form. Third, the old .22 Marauder with a shroud extension installed. Fourth, the FX Royale 400 in stock form. 

For a .22 with reasonably high power my stock Cricket Bullpup is surprisingly quiet.

Yeah. Well I've got you all beat. My quietest, (and only) PCP I own is my Brocock Contour. It's so quiet I have to say "Pssssttt" when I shoot it so the people next to me know I pulled the trigger.

I am going to say out of the box, nothing added , My 22 Mutant bone stock.... Is the quietist of them all ,
Next will be my 22 cricket with a LDC , Not as quite as the mutant but close.
third in line is my 25 Cricket with a LDC , Its quite but makes the wife more alert that I am shooting .
I also use some way cool noise damping foam on all my guns except the Mutant, just not got around to installing it on the barrel and tank on the mutant.
Its going to be quiet when I get it installed made a big difference with the crickets ,
Both my 22 and 25 crickets with LDCs and the foam sound dreading stuff. She did not say the 25 was louder , Just a deeper sound ,,,
Just different, She is 25 feet away in the tv room and I am shooting out the kitchen window on a Monopod. In doors.
When I had my 25 Marauder, (great shooting gun) she always got pissed at me for shooting it, way to loud.

22 Mutant with Neils screw on LDC . Weird quiet !!! First time my shooting buddy shot it he assumed it was out of air . I'm still amazed at it when we get together . It literally sounds like the click of a pocket watch closing , for those of you old enough to know what that is. Lol

I reckon you blokes are spoilt, with our Aussie firearm laws my airguns are quiet compared to my centrefire powder burners, no mousefarts down here,lol
