Quick detach scope mounts?

I used the UTG QD rings they are inexpensive, are built decent and a very sturdy mount. Picked up on one of their 20 MOA risers as well. I wanted to buy made in USA rings but they were $100-$200 so went with the $20 instead. Never had a problem with them and they are very close to being on target once you remove and reinstall your scope. Some of the UTG stuff is US made but I doubt these are. 

Then I started shooting longer distances and wanted more elevation so got the FX No Limit rings. They are not quick detach but a good sturdy mount with all the elevation one could ask for.

Impact with the UTG rings and 20 MOA riser

I prefer the UTG twist lock mounts over the quick detach. Easy to check the snugness with the twist of your fingers. Have these on many set ups.

I second Larue Tactical. I am currently using Leupold QD rings on a drooper mount. They work well.

I have been using Warne quick detach rings on my centerfire rifles and now my airguns. They are light but solid and the locking lever can be rotated to any position once tight.

I use the Burris PEPR QDs on my ARs. Great one piece mount. Unfortunately the 20 MOA version is only available in 34mm.

To quickly return to zero, (or really close to it) would best be served by the single long rail mounts that incorporates both rings like Larue Tactical makes. They are rock solid and aside from the investment of buying two of them they will mount the same every time. Even the cheap eBay units will work well if you lock them down in the same spot every time, though they require hex wrenches instead of an incorporated lever locking device.

Some of the very early Impacts had rails that the spacing was not to spec on and thus you could not use a one piece pic mount on them. Should work fine unless you have an Impact from one of the first few production runs when the Impact was first launched.
