When installing the Heliboard on a Daystate rifle why remove the red jumper wire? Wouldn't it be more reasonable to just cut the wire and terminate the ends? That way if you want to re-install the original board, you only have to reconnect the the wire ends, not install a new jumper onto the particularly small board connectors - not an easy task.
This also eliminates the potential to damage the board while trying to removing the jumper, and provides an easy repair to the jumper if needed in the future. Any reason why this wouldn't work?
