It’s apparent who cares about customer support and who does not.

 I could have called a retailer. Such as airguns of Arizona. But setting on hold for an extended period of time while trying to work in my office is kind of frowned upon. I thought simply sending a question through the website would warrant a fairly quick response.

Nowhere on the Aztec website could I find information regarding their warrantees in regards to high-power springer air rifles. I was also curious what their warrantee was in regards to lifespan.

Two extremely simple questions. Unfortunately, as I said, I could not find this information on their website.

My intention was to purchase two of their scopes but I wanted to be 100% certain that the warranty covered the scope if used in combination with a springer... and for how long?

I actually spoke to Joe (Who commented above) in regards to the scope and his feelings. After our conversation- I was dead set on purchasing the scopes but I wanted some type of written response from Aztec.

Due to their inability to respond In a timely manner, I reached out to other respected companies and manufacturers.

Luckily for me the people at Athlon responded almost immediately and told me everything I needed to know. Their customer service and friendliness was top notch and I now own three of their scopes.

@cizur

I had the same issue with the Aztec Optics website, I had a problem with my elevation turret and sent several emails with not response. So I called AOA which they were busy and left my call back number, AOA called me back within the hour. I told them what was going on with my scope, I sent it back to AOA and they said they will send it to Aztec to get repaired or replaced. Just waiting now on Aztec. I understand your frustration and I too bought an Athlon scope. The Athlon scope I bought did not come with flip up covers, so when I called them to ask how do I go about buying the covers, they took my address and sent me covers for free. That's what I call customer service, I will be buying Athlon scopes in the future.
