Any recommendations for quality scope rings for a 56mm objective scope?

I have a 56mm objective scope with a 30mm tube that I have mounted on my Marauder that I have modified into an absolute accurate beast. My current setup for mounting my scope is cheap dovetail to weaver adapters and cheap low weaver scope rings. The objective sits just shy of a 1/2" above the shroud. I'm looking for a quality set of rings that will possibly lower my scope (it doesn't have to, but I don't want to raise it anymore). I know UTG makes a set of high 30mm dovetail rings, but for $12, I'm not sure of the quality. I like the design of the BKL rings, but I'd have to get the dovetail to dovetail adaptors because they are not tall enough on their own and it would raise my scope height. I've looked at the FX adjustable rings, but I'm not sure they would be tall enough. I'm tired of looking at my Marauder and thinking of what a rig job my scope mounts look like when I'm getting sub 1/2" groups at 50 yards. Even if I'm the only one that notices it, I want a better quality scope ring setup. Any suggestions?

I've got a set of Hawke dovetail rings for sale on this forum that would work great for your application. I had them mounted to a Hawke Sidwinder (not a light scope btw) with 56mm objective and 30mm tube just like your scope to a Daystate Regal XL. Short of spending $40+ for a set of rings I don't think you will find a better set of rings and even if you did spend that kind of money, you aren't going to see an improvement in accuracy at air rifle ranges. Sure the Hawke rings are cheapish (relative to high end rings) but, they held my sidewinder steady like a rock and are more than adequate for the ranges air rifles are shot at. If you were shooting high power pb rifle are 500+yards I might recommend some higher end rings that are dead true to the barrel and have a better fit but, were talking about an air rifle with a dovetail mount shot at ranges where small tolerances aren't making an appreciable difference in POI.

I understand the why fix it mentality. Normally, I'm that guy. I've put so much time and effort into my Marauder that I want everything about this gun to make me smile when I use it. The scope ring setup is more of an eyesore issue than a usefulness issue. Even more so when I put my home made camera mount on it. For some reason I cannot explain, these mounts just bother me when I look at them. I just want to clean up the look of my rifle. Oh and believe me when I say that if a part were to somehow dip into my ammo budget, it would not be a part I would purchase. Right now I have plenty of ammo so the scope rings are a go 😃
