Problem with shipping to the wrong address, ok mistakes happen. However customer service was very slow to respond and the gal I talked to had attitude. It was bad enough that they lost me as a long time customer.

I too will never deal with this outfit again. too many other choices with better service. who needs sloppy customer service and attitudes? not me. easier ways for self abuse if I feel the need.

Hello everyone, I am fairly new to air gun shooting. I just purchased my first rifle from PYRAMYD AIR and I found them to be very professional. I brought the HATSAN 95 .22cal spring piston break barrel wood w/ optima 3-9x32 scope. It wasn't easy mounting the scope however I managed to complete it. I am still trying different weights and brands of pellets. I am fortunate to find this site and I am sure I will continue to have many questions going forward. If anyone has a pellet brand that they recommend feel free to respond. In addition, I am discovering that the subject of cleaning an air rifle is not a priority; will someone care to share their opinion on that? Also, I have the Berretta PX4 Storm pellet/BB blowback pistol; I only use pellets for that and a Gamo P-25 blowback pistol. I purchased these pistols through Amazon. So even though this is supposed to be about negative experiences with PYRAMYD AIR I have not experienced such thus far. So I am not sure if this will be included in this column?
