can't say enough bad things about pyramyd air and there shipping. I took a chance and will NEVER order from this company again. there shipping prices are very high on small items and super super slow. why in the world this is on in stock items is anyone's guess. 3 days before shipping? then 10 days till arrival and only traveling 600 miles or so? simply amazing. I get stuff from the west coast in 3 days. never pays to shop somewhat local. never will do business with these folks again. just posting my experience so others know what they may encounter.

Not at all certain what the charges/time frame is if you just order say an o-ring but they DO list estimated ( snow this year even closed amazon for three days) delivery time and such.

I have mostly ordered pellets from them and they seem to arrive in three days ( shipped to Liberty TN) using the least costly option. Now I have heard of "smart post" being used for some ( small ?) orders and pity the person who gets theirm order delivered by FedEx AND USPS - and maybe another private contractor thrown in-.
Even when ordering with "free shipping" I get my goods in 2 days ( once 3 days) as stated on their web site.
Sorry you had to wait but esp. for pellets, buy 3 get 4th free AND free shipping "I" cant see ordering anywhere else.

I didn't realize there were already post similar to mine before posting. seems I'm not the only one with a bad experience with this company. guess I should have done a bit of research before ordering because I would have def bought elsewhere. this isn't a random case or weather delay spysir. I get it you like them. there all yours. $8.00 shipping on a $14.99 item is flat out excessive. it would be one thing had they sent the item usps like I wanted but who was to know that means its a two legged affair with FedEx smartpost. who operates like this in the real world and doesn't explain that in the shipping details? not only that 3 days till it got shipped? I ordered on a Sunday didn't ship till wed night and it says plain as day most orders ship same day as long as ordered before noon. they just don't say which noon of the week. it should have shipped by Tuesday at the least. I'm not gonna make excuses for these clowns. don't know what there deal is but I know I can ship the item in any part of the 48 for $5.60 2 day priority with insurance. its simple price gouging at its best. ps for what its worth I'm still waiting for it to arrive. ordered on 2/7 and isn't due till 2/17 simply silly
