I recently made a large order from pyramyd to take advantage of the 13% off promotion. The order shipped next day and I received the day after that. Very quick service. When I opened my package, I quickly saw that the shipper was not kind to my package. I called pyramyd and spoke with Kayleigh. She quickly offered a solution. I accepted the solution and then received an email saying my order had been shipped! Wow! Talk about fast service! I've always bought from pyramyd and this is the first time I had a problem with something being damaged in transit. They go above and beyond to try to keep these issues from happening but obviously the shipper didn't care and found a way to break stuff. Even though I clearly stated it wasn't a pyramyd problem, they made it right without question. I have bought a few things from the other big vendors and they are fine too but after this experience I'll choose pyramyd first. It's very comforting to know that my hard earned dollars are protected. I'll get what I paid for. That's customer service and satisfaction! Thanks again Kayleigh and Pyramyd! I'll be ordering again soon!
