Pyramyd Air customer service

They stopped an iteam that had already been shipped when I placed a duplicate order. Saved me a ton hassle with not having to deal with return labels etc.

Impressed me that they contacted the shipping company to coordinate all of that. I’m happy

I had the same experience recently. They bent over backwards to make it work, and it did .I have nothing but good to say about them.
 
I'm pretty pleased with their customer service. I recently bought a TX200, and within hours after I placed the order, and even after it shipped, they reduced the price a hundred bux... when I brought that to their attention, they honored the sale price, and ya know what...they didn't have to do that.

Now, the original post dealt with returns, and I have not returned anything, over the course of maybe six or eight transactions, so I can't speak to that. And, I'll echo Brian Null's comment about shipping taking much longer than expected. I just put that into the overall decision to use PA rather than use Amazon Prime. And the next time I order something that I want sooner, I'll contact customer service to clarify what "two day shipping" really means. 

The bottom line is that their customer service is what keeps me coming back to them.
