PA has delivered several packages over the summer to me, most notably my Diana 52. Scopes, pellets, mounts, etc., everything has been shipped out ASAP and packed securely, something other some dealers often fail to do. There may be others who have a slightly lower price, but knowing PA backs their product and has superb communication is worth a few extra bucks in my opinion.

I had the same experience with them. Ordered 20 tins of 25 grain pellets and they were here the next day! Couldn't believe it.

And packaged properly......I just ordered 5 tins today because I know from prior orders that they'll get to me undamaged.

I get most of my AG stuff from them and it usually takes about 4 - 5 days for delivery, I just recived 8 tins of JSB 44.75’s and not one ding or dent, like how the tins are each packaged individually and you know the rest.

Pricing and packaging on pellets they set the bar. Their customer support and phone ease is second to none. I ordered a gun from Midway because they stated 3 day arrival time and a stock unit. I'll never buy any product from another vendor that PA stocks.

I too am a Pyramyd Air fan although I often find it challenging to get hold of my rep (Greg W.) in a timely manner now that they've changed their phone system.
However, it's worth the trouble because Greg takes really good care of me and like others have said, I get my stuff quickly and packaging is top notch. Once or twice I was missing a piece or got the wrong product and the situations were handled with virtually no delay.
Like I said.. I'm a fan. They'll soon have FX on site (currently they sell FX through AGD) and I only wish they handled Daystate as well
