For like the 5th time over the last year or so I order pellets on like a Monday and pay the extra shipping charge to have it delivered by Friday ...ONLY to see it doesn't even ship till like wed or Thur.. this is stupid and a rip-off really . To be fair PA has offered to refund shipping difference ....SCREW THAT !!! Don't even offer it as an option if you know that it won't ship for several days .. A one time glitch anyone can handle .....
Repeated ovr and over just shows t customers like you don't care . Loyal customer....But yall bout to loose me

I've been trying to get Mark 2`s since March I'm out. I've got four tins of 25 grain JSP left it's shooting season and contest season I think we're in a pickle
and before somebody tells me to check some place I've checked and ordered and got credit backs and everybody's out of these things now if you know for a fact somebody that has them please let me know

PA lost me a long time ago when my Brand new Evanix Sniper magazine would not fit. I was told that it should and it should be a snug fit. After three separate calls withing a month, I was finally told there was a change in the design and I got the old type of magazine. What was the fix? "We'll send you the parts to make that mag work." WHAT!!! I was already pi$$ed and told them to send the parts. Took me fustration and a phone call to them to get it "fixed". Never again.. noteven if they had a 80%off sale. Not getting my money.
