Pyramid air package lost or stolen.

Last week I purchased. 22 pellets from pyramid air at an amazing price with coupon. I even paid for 2 day express shipping since I saved so much money. FedEx says the package was delivered but I never got the package. Its tracking said delivered on October 12th. I was home all day waiting for my package since it was the jsb hades. No delivery man showed up but somehow it says delivered. This is no way shape or form pyramid airs fault. My question is what can I do to resolve the issue. I filled a claim with FedEx and they said pyramid air has to resolve it with them. I tried calling and emailing them. I have no response to the email yet since it was the weekend and I completely understand. When I call customer service all I get is the message to wait for an available agent. After waiting 15 minutes or so I get the message that no agent is available. What gives? Anyone else have these issues.
 
Seems to me it should be just between you and FedEx. Only way I can see PA being involved is if their records indicate the pkg shipped, but tracking never showed any movement. But if tracking shows that it delivered to your address, I've no idea why PA would be involved. Even if they got the shipping labels mixed up, you would have gotten something; and then it would be between you and PA. Any chance that auto-fill pulled an old or erroneous address when you ordered? Was a signature required?

It was not signature required. According to FedEx pyramid air has to file a claim with them since they are the sender. They would refund pyramid air after the investigation and pyramid air would refund me or send another package. I never said pyramid air is at fault. They are just the sender lol. I dont know that the info FedEx told me is correct. They called me back 3 times to tell me to look around my property...its one door man. Delivery man said he left it at the door. My main concern right now is to see what the pyramid air reps can do to help.

It's between Elis and PA because PA contracted with the shipper. Elis contracted with PA. That's how the law works as Fedex confirmed.

PA has great customer service.

The packages are always insured for reasons like this. Unfortunately it seems like I got hit with a drive by package stealing scumbag. I'm sure they thought it was something worth alot of money. When they open that package and see it's just airgun pellets they are going to loose their poop lol. It was only 4 tins. Pyramid has my money for future purchases . I'm very confident that they will resolve any issues that may occur in the future.

FedEx not what it used to be. I was outside grilling when I heard noise other day. He almost got back to his truck before I shouted this ain’t my package. I could have been an ass and kept the neighbors cheap greenhouse. 🤪

I used to have all mail and non-USPS packages delivered to my house. Nowadays I have a location in a nearby town that receives the packages. So I really don't have any concerns about someone stealing my package, and I (should) have at least one actual witness that an item either was or was not dropped off.

Not for everyone, but I love having things setup this way.
